I’ve been licensed to practice law for fourteen

in 1995 and graduated from Saint Mary’s University School of Law in 1998
in those fourteen years I have been licensed in the state of Texas I’ve also
been licensed in several federal courts including the United States District
in bankruptcy courts for the Northern District of texas
and the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals
for the Fifth Circuit during that time I’ve practiced in the areas of primarily
bankruptcy law I’ve also practiced in family law in bankruptcy I have handled
chapter 7 chapter 11 chapter 13 bankruptcies for both individuals and
businesses including corporations and partnerships I’ve been with Bailey & Galyen for approximately
three years I’ve worked in several offices including the
Bedford office, the Arlington office, and the Grand Prairie office I’ve managed
some offices with Bailey & Galyen I practiced in the areas of
bankruptcy law and family law while at Bailey & Galyen I chose Bailey
& Galyen because this is a law firm that can provide good quality representation
for its clients and because of the size of the firm can do it
on a cost-effective basis. I’ve worked in firms in the past where the work
that I do here we charge significantly more for I believe it’s important
we provide affordable representation for clients so that everyone
has access to the legal system
