involve a fall on somebody else’s property, but they can also — also involve dog bites, falling items, burns,
carbon monoxide poisoning, all manner of injuries that can occur on somebody’s property. In
California, you have to prove two things, first, that there was a dangerous condition.
Second, you have to prove that the owner knew there was a dangerous condition, or created
a dangerous condition. Once we get over those hurdles, we can pursue a premises liability
case for you. John Neustadt: After someone’s been — injured in an accident, the first thing they
should do is take photos, call the police, and call the doctor or 911 if it’s an emergency-type
situation. Then call a lawyer. Armando Berriz: At Neustadt & Berriz, the
total focus of our practice is representing injured victims. We don’t do family law. We
don’t do criminal law. We don’t do estate planning; just personal injury work. We know
the judges, the insurance companies, and all the doctors that are required to support our
cases and our clients. [GRAPHIC: Neustadt & Berriz, APC, www.neustadtandberriz.com,
